Message from the Secretary (Jacob Thress):

We will be having our final meeting of the year Friday, April 11 at 1:20 pm. Denso will be providing lunch, and we will be electing officers.

The current election consists of:

President: Cheyanne Hardt

VP: Joshua Miller

Secretary or Webmaster: Peter Maginnis

We are looking for a minimum of two more people to be officers. Positions are as follows:

*Treasurer:* managing bank account, controlling tax-exempt form, meeting with Dr. Landes and President for deposits/withdrawals

*Secretary:* Managing the List-serve, sending out emails, checking the ASME email, and creating fliers

*Webmaster:* Managing website/facebook account, helping with fliers

Please email Tricia Goetzka (see Officers page) if you are interested in running for any office. If you would like some leadership, but are not prepared to be one of the positions above, please respond as well. We will have other opportunities available as well.

Also, black and white College of Engineering polo shirts are still for sale for $25 each. Contact Chairman Victor Foster for more information, or find one of the ASME Traveling Polo Salespeople, who reside in engineering halls on weekday afternoons.
