Dr. John W. Prados Receives the 2007 Lifetime Achievement
in Chemical Engineering Pedagogical Scholarship Award

John W. Prados, Ph.D., P.E., was awarded the Lifetime Achievement in Chemical Engineering Pedagogical Scholarship Award for 2007 by the American Society of Engineering Education. Dr. Prados has been instrumental in engineering education reform and developing the criteria to assess academic programs through the accreditation process. Dr. Prados has been involved in engineering education for 50 years and is well deserving of the Lifetime Achievement Award, which is the highest honor bestowed by American Society of Engineering Education. The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Tennessee is honored and proud to call him professor emeritus.
