Air Quality


The air quality focus area involves 1) general training on air quality effects, air quality standards, meteorology effects, regulations, and air pollution control methods, 2) a specialized course on air pollution dispersion modeling, 3) a specialized course on the design of air pollution control equipment, 4) a specialized course in ambient and stack sampling for air pollution and 5) a special topics course on air toxics and photochemical modeling.
