General Information
The University of Tennessee College of Engineering is hosting this premier National Science Foundation (NSF) conference, sponsored by the Division of Civil, Mechanical and Manufacturing Innovation (CMMI). The event focuses on research and education across the division’s programs.
The attendance is anticipated to include over 1,500 faculty, researchers, academics and students from universities, industry and government. Conference content will be centered on the theme "Innovation through Engineering," and will highlight the research of CMMI grantees and their students.
Conference activities will include more than 500 poster presentations and plenary and breakout sessions on funding opportunities and proposal writing briefed by NSF program directors, research needs, opportunities and best practices.

Booth Space
Booth space is available at the conference for academic publishers, employers, technology companies and manufacturers who want to reach this highly educated audience. Booth includes:
- One 8' x 10' draped space with one 6' x 30" table and two side chairs located the Knoxville Convention Center
- I.D. sign will be provided
- Electrical outlets are available for an additional charge
Exhibition Schedule
Monday, January 7th
- Set-up: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Conference hours: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 8th and Wednesday, January 9th
- Conference hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, January 10th
- Conference hours: 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The cost for the booth space is $2,500 for the entire length of the conference. One-day rates are also available upon request.
