Assistant/Associate/Full Professor -- Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering invites applications for Assistant/Associate/Full Professor. Two positions available. Candidate should hold an earned doctorate in Civil/Environmental Engineering or closely related field at the time the position is filled.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Demonstrated record of research funding and publishing in academic journals is desired
- Registration as a professional engineer is also desired
- Ability to develop relationships with Oak Ridge National Laboratory and exploit the outstanding opportunities for interaction with the laboratory desired
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a interdisciplinary environment
- Candidate must have a distinguished record of scholarly, professional and creative achievement commensurate with the rank
Preferred Qualifications
- Research and teaching interests in structures, construction, and/or geotechnical engineering
