Industrial
and Information Engineering:

To be fully
effective in today's dynamic workplace, engineers and scientists
must be able to make sound management decisions while working
in fast-paced technical environments. To prepare professionals
for this challenge, The Department of Industrial and Information
Engineering at the University of Tennessee offers graduates and
scientific professionals a Master of Science degree, a dual-degree
option (MS and MBA), and a Ph.D degree with a major in Industrial
& Information Engineering.
Admission
is open to graduates of ABET-accredited
undergraduate curricula in engineering or graduates of other
technical curricula who satisfy prerequisites depending on their
academic backgrounds.
