The role of the Office of Finance and Administrative Affairs in this process is to review all documents for accuracy and compliance with affirmative action standards before submission to the dean for approval. In addition to searches for new employees, the Office of Finance and Administrative Affairs also receives and processes all documents pertaining to various changes in the appointments of faculty, staff, and students. These occur often and throughout the year, generating substantial paperwork that must be processed by the departments and routed to payroll via this office.
