Local Activities
Board Meetings Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4:00 pm.
Meetings are open to the public.
Location: (After July 15, 2003) Executive Conference Room at the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) building at 301 Laboratory Road in Oak Ridge.
Directions:
Take Lafayette Drive, turn on Laboratory Road, and turn right into the second driveway with a SAIC sign. (Note that there are two SAIC buildings in this area - the meetings will be held in the building furthest from Lafayette Drive.) Visitor parking is provided in front of the building and visitors are asked to sign in with the receptionist.

Location: NTRC - National Transportation Research Center, Conf. Rm C04 (1st floor) (off Pellissippi)-Last meeting at this location on July 15, 2003
ORNL or Y-12 badges are required.
Please contact Henri Kelly at the reception desk at NTRC, 946-1500 if you need a visitors badge.
Badge: Anyone not possessing a DOE badge needs to contact Julie Ezold directly (ezoldjg1@ornl.gov) no later than noon the Monday before the meeting so that she may set-up a visitor badge.
