Mr. Kaczmarsky is the General manger of Quantum-CEP Services, Molten Metal Technologies, Inc. located in Waltham, Massachusetts. He has overall management responsibility of the commercial nuclear waste processing facility operated by Quantum-CEP in Oak Ridge, TN. The facility is designed to process 6.5 million pounds of spent ion exchange resins generated by nuclear facilities annually. Mr. Kaczmarsky's responsibilities include management of approximately 120 permanent and contract support personnel as well as assuring that the companies cost and safety goals are achieved. He was responsible for facility startup from cold performance testing to full radioactive operation.
