Frank Munger, who is a Staff Writer for the Knoxville News Sentinel and covers the Department of Energy, will be the speaker. He publishes weekly columns covering personalities, events and activities at DOE, the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, and Bechtel Jacobs. Frank will give a summary of his views on significant DOE related events that occurred in 1998.
