Currently Senior Staff Engineer with the Nuclear Criticality Safety Division at the Oak Ridge Y-12 Plant. Primary duties include review of technical products for technical and compliance correctness and work with training and qualification program for technical staff. Over 30 years practice in nuclear criticality safety at the Oak Ridge production facilities.

Memorable experiences include hands-on fissionable material work in the Republics of Kazakhstan and Georgia as nuclear criticality safety representative for Projects Sapphire and Auburn Endeavor. Under these nonproliferation projects, uranium materials were safely removed from their former Soviet Union sites to the United States and Scotland.

Member of national American Nuclear Society for 30 years.
