| James A. (Buddy) Conner serves as Deputy General Manager of BWXT Y-12, ensuring that nuclear facility operations at the Y-12 National Security Complex are managed in accordance with a disciplined, efficient management system designed to achieve operational readiness and proper conduct of operations in a culture of continuous improvement. Before coming to Oak Ridge in September 2000, he served as Vice President and General Manager of BWXT's Naval Nuclear Fuel Division, where he worked for 40 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Lynchburg College and is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. |
