About the Center

The Curriculum Materials Center is located within the College of Education, Health & Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The center serves as one of ten State of Tennessee District Textbook collection sites located across the state. Available to review for all faculty, staff, students and educators in our district is one copy of each K-12 textbook, including student and teacher editions and supplemental aids, from the official state textbook adoption list. These textbooks are rotated on a six-year cycle.

Physical Location

The Curriculum Materials Center is located in room A401 of the Bailey Education Complex located at 1122 Volunteer Boulevard. The Bailey Education Complex adjoins the Philander P. Claxton Education Building located on Volunteer Boulevard across the street from the McClung Tower Plaza. You can see our exact location on campus by searching for Bailey Education Building on the UTK maps page and zooming in on the campus icon until you will find our building. You may switch over to satellite for a “real-image” view of the location.
